Dr Poole rocks but Sanova Dermatology not much
I've been a loyal customer for years. Lately I started getting bills from Clear Lake Pathology Partners which twice the amount of the surgery services performed by Dr Poole. It's never been like that previously when it was Poole Dermatology. Ever since it got bought by Sanova something has changed on their partner's side the part. It has always been the final pay at the counter at the time of service. Now you have to pay twice, at the counter and then the bill that is outrageously high and mostly not covered by the insurance.

Furthermore, regarding the botched scherotherapy incident, Dr. Poole barely admitted his error and was not empathetic in the least. So, here is our longtime family doctor whom we will never recommend nor visit again.

Horrible experience with Dr. Poole. My son is a special needs child and he was extremely impatient with my son! Thought he was a pediatric dermatologist but sadly mistaken!

Dr. Poole's entire staff is friendly and professional ! I was EXTREMELY pleased with my experience and WILL be returning !!! By far the Best practice I've ever been to. Thanks Poole Dermatology!!
