Dr. Jeffrey Reagan, MD

I am a RN with 50 yrs. experience including Orthopedics. Dr.Reagan is caring, competent, and has excellent skills. He answers all questions and listens carefully. I had a first time appointment. I am new to the area. I had exams of both shoulders for severe arthritis. Dr. Reagan discussed all possible treatments and then with great expertise injected both shoulders. Others referrals I needed were made.

No sense of urgency treating my parent effectively and efficiently, taking all of 2024 to initiate/execute all prerequisite tasks, tests that’s normal in approving a routine knee replacement operation. Running my own business gives me the luxury of lenience regarding if I work on any given day or not. I’m always steadfast working most days weekly. However, this has been a “very frustrating exercise in futility” all of 2024. I’ve forcibly missed working most days for months tending to daily physical needs of my parent. The knee replacement that should’ve taken place months ago has rendered minimal results 7 months later.Saying I’ve lost endless income in this process is a grave understatement!!! This isn’t how I roll. I constantly hear “I or we can’t” excuses from many, but always dismiss their actions of apathy. Our new doctor easily managed to resolve 6 months of old issues in just 1 week from keen listening skills.Listening to patients is key for a successful practice!
