Right on the money!
Dr Richmond saw the x-ray and made the diagnosis in 5 minutes! Spent three months with a chiropractor and 6 weeks with a physical therapist without my condition getting better. The correct diagnosis was never made! Now I’m on the road to recovery! I would recommend Dr Richmond to anyone!

Jeffrey Richmond is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I asked him for a letter for my work and he indicated "full duty no restrictions" when he admitted that it is going to take weeks if not months for my ankle to heal. I asked for a MRI and he said no. Even after over 3 weeks, I am in so much pain. I believe the patient have the right to know what is going on whether a surgery can or cannot be done. But he doesn't do anything. He is rude and takes injuries very nonchalantly. If anything, I would give him a negative 10 for a review.

Superb! I sustained multiple fractures and breaks in a car accident and was referred and transferred to Dr Richmond from the hospital I was taken to by the ambulance. He is a hip and fracture specialist and is the only doctor in my 3 weeks in the hospital to actually pull up a chair to my bed so we could talk at eye level. He outlined the plan and what I should expect. He spoke with my medical doctors and did 3 separate operations. He called me at home unsolicited when I left rehab to make sure the therapy orders were clear. My recovery has been miraculous.

Horrible! He failed to examine me at all nor would he answer any of the medical questions that I posed to him. he spent no more than ten minutes hovering in the exam room doorway and didn't even bother to review any of the medical records that I had provided to his office beforehand. In essence, he displayed no interest in me as a patient and refused to even consider any treatment of my fractured hip bone.

Can't say enough about Dr Richmond's skills as a surgeon. I fell in my home and destroyed by humerus. This required plates/screws to repair. Dr Richmond explained everything to me and was there after the surgery to reassure me. He is caring and genuine. I worked hard in rehab and have 90% range of motion. He's a rock star in my eyes !

When I fell and broke my left wrist, I thought how fortunate I was not to to have injured my right one. After all I am right handed. Wrong! There's a reason we have two hands. Dr. Richmond took over. He operated, taped me up in a soft cast protecting the 18 stitches he had made. And in less than two weeks, the cast has been removed and the stitches removed as well. I am on my way to recovery. He's a great doctor. Right!

I was hurt in a major car accident and met Dr Richmond at the hospital just outside the operating room. I have never had an emergency before and I was bad. This doctor was calm- at first I did not understand why he wasn't excited and rushing around. And I found out that was because he is THE MAN when it comes to this and knows exactly what to do and how to do it. He told me what he was going to do and sounded like he knew exactly what I needed. I had a lot of surgerys and I am doing great. I found out later that he is the best ortho and surgeon around and everyone at the hospital told me I was lucky to have him on call. He calls me back, and calls me to say hi and see how i'm doing. HE IS THE BEST.

Saw Dr. Richmond in E.R. for he was the trauma surgeon on call after I was rushed to the hospital following a bike accident last April. Excellent surgeon who operated on my femur next morning, great bedside manner and listens to your concerns. Hopefully won't need his services again but g-d forbid if I am in need, I'd use him.

Saw him a few years ago first for knee pain and have gone for various problems. He has always been helpful and seemed interested in treating me. I have not needed surgery, but it is good to have a surgeon who is willing to listen and treat regular joint problems without operating.

Dr Richmond repaired my husband's pelvic fracture after a motorcycle accident. He met us late at night at the hospital and spent an hour with us in the ER pushing him through the scanner himself. The surgery was the next day for 6 hours and turned out very well. He is out of the hospital. The doctor always returns calls and is arranging all the services he needs. He has been great.

Walked into the room and told me he had already diagnosed me without examining me (after a car crash). Told me my issue was old, that I was lying and making it all up to get An insurance payout. Entire exam consisted of threats bc I was there on no fault instead of private insurance. Saw another doctor-same practice- later on for the same issue who diagnosed a Labral tear that will need surgery. Office in general is awesome- just not this guy.
