The care provider was kind and explained about my symptoms well and decided what needed to be done to check. Actually it was what I wanted

I went in for a prostate biopsy. He spent no more than 10 seconds (literally!), looked at me, and then said, "You're in good hands with Kevin" (a nurse). When he came in to do the biopsy, he called me by the wrong name and thought I was there for a VASECTOMY! He explained nothing, and just left at the end. He didn't call me with any results. I had to call him. He got on the phone, and after first mis-identifying me as another patient yet again, said, "You have cancer and need your prostate removed. Someone will be in contact." That was it. When I tried to get a copy of the biopsy I was passed around an endless string of holds and menus until I was finally told that the report "Hasn't come back from the lab." (This was two weeks later). I am consulting with a new urologist because in my opinion, this is the worst physician I have ever dealt with. My opinion, based upon my impressions, is that he is unenthused, disinterested, and incompetent at dealing with patients.

Explained everything about my procedure, and talked sports to help me ignore the occasional pain. I think the doctor is pretty smart and knows his craft, which is ultimately all I care about. The staff is helpful and very friendly.

no nonsense Doctor. Listens to all the questions and readily responds. Made sure I was completely aware of all my conditions and avenues of treatment. I had prostate biopsy done in office. I knew in advance what to expect. Doctor Rosenblum was very thorough in his explanation of the procedure.

I found Dr. Rosenblum to be very polite, kind, and caring. He listened to what I had to say, and diagnosed what he thought could be the problem. Then he suggested some test to see if it could be something else, just to be sure. I'd return to see Dr. Rosenblum again should the need arise.

Traveled 1.5 hours to this office, $85 copay, and saw him for 2 min. Didn't believe I had pain from kidney stone, and all medical records from past offices/hospital proved otherwise. Wanted exact same tests done and wouldn't give prescription for pain. Awkward to be around with, doesn't listen. Brought a CD of ultrasound and office couldn't load it on computer.
