I have a lot of faith in dr. Rowe’s skills as he performed emergency surgery on me with an excellent result. He is caring, compassionate, and a very skilled surgeon. He explained everything about my upcoming surgery and offered me alternatives including going to another well known facility. I would rather stay at mercy with a doctor I know and trust.

I never have a long wait time at the clinic. I am alwys geeted pleasantly by the doctor and the staff. I know what will happen, I know what will happen next, and when I am to return. There couldn't be a better staff in the clinic, there couldn't be a better doctor than Dr. Rowe. He is the epitome of what a good doctor is supposed to be.

At age 94 I can only say 'it was a miracle--OR a good Doctor and staff that cared for me after my surgery for a ruptured colon. After 2 months I am on the golf course again.

Everyone was friendly, the wait time was reasonable and the nurse and doctor were both pleasant and spoke to us in terms we understood. Both asked if we had any further questions. I do think it would be very beneficial to have higher stools in the bathrooms as it is difficult to get up off of them at our age. We have them at home and they are wonderful. I'm sure a majority of your patients are elderly. Think about it!!! Might save some accidents.
