He’s honest.
He was the first (and only) doctor to take one look at my condition and flat-out state that I had Red Skin Syndrome.No other dermatologist I ever visited ever had the stones to admit that his entire profession failed their RSS patients so spectacularly like he did that day, and for that: I cannot be more grateful. He showed me the truth.

This was my 1st visit to a dermatologist for a skin check. Dr. Schuldenfrei conducted a visual exam of my skin in less than 2 min. There were areas of my skin that he did not look at. When he was done, I expressed my surprise that the exam was so quick, and his response was, "do you want me to find something wrong?" as if I wanted him to find a problem. After comparing my experience to friends and family, I found out that the very short exam is abnormal, and feel like my appt. was a waste.

Dr. Schuldenfrei does not give you a proper skin exam. As a brand new patient barely asked why I was in, or history of my skin. He came into the office acting like he wanted to leave immediately from the beginning of the consultation. Not personable, quick with his words and almost forgot to write down my prescription, I the patient had to remind him before he left. Never going back to him again. Do NOT recommend. Should retire if that's what he wants to do...

He was aloof to the point of not even looking at me during my visit. He went straight to his computer, confirmed with me the things I was there for and began explaining how skin worked. He asked me nothing about the kind of acne I have, never addressed the underlying rashes that gave me discoloration, assumed what the mark was on my leg without looking and never explained why he gave me x&y Rx. I complained to his nurse and she spent 20 minutes with me as opposed to the 4 he did. He's terrible.

During visit with my infant daughter, Dr. Schuldenfrei made a very inappropriate, sexual in nature comment about my child. I will never make an appt with him again. I look at all doctors differently now... Sad!
