Dr. Jeffrey Selby, MD

I have been seeing Dr Selby for over 2 years for knee problems.The office workers are doing a great job and appointments are usually on time.Dr Selby has always been very cordial and listens .My treatments are working and med call ins are prompt.

Dr. Selby is the absolute best! He did my total knee replacement in 2020. My surgery went perfect, my pain was minimal, my scar is neat and my results are life changing! I went from barely being able to walk short distances to walking 3 miles 3-4 days per week in less than 6 months. My physical therapist was highly impressed by Dr. Shelby’s work and the post surgery therapy plan he provides his patients. I have recommended him to friends who have thanked me and I would recommend him to anyone needing knee or hip replacement surgery. You will receive no better care or results anywhere.

Dr. Selby was a person that listens and will talk to you. He explains the issues very well. He does take his time with the patient and I was very pleased.

I am a disabled veteran and went to see Dr. Selby today 04/30/18 because he is supposed to be a terrific doctor. He was in the room less than 5 minutes and extremely disrespectful. One of the first things he said to me was “you don’t need to be on disability”. Mind you, I am 70% disabled and and brought all my medical records for him to review. He didn’t even look at my records. He asked no questions. All I was wanting was an MRI. He did not want to treat me because I was a disabled veteran.

Dr. Selby has done a partial replacement on my left knee and my right knee. He also performed a left hip replacement. I guess we are now old pals. Selby communicates well about your particular problem. He then gives you all options for treatment. He has the rare combination of a very bright mind, a hard worker and a likable personality. We are fortunate that he landed in Central Kentucky.

He is a total professional, and has a great bedside manner. He listens to me, and is considerate of my health needs, concerning my hip.

Dr. Selby is amazing. Had my right knee replaced in August and did not have a bit of trouble. Dr. Selby and his entire staff are extremely thorough and took excellent care of me before, during and after my surgery. He explained everything to me about the surgery, post-op expectations and always spent plenty of time with me at every appointment. I had to go in to see him without an appointment and he got me in and took care of everything. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Selby!
