I found a different doctor. Seemed like there was a new nurse or PA every time I went. Didn’t keep staff. Made me skeptical. Also very difficult to talk on phone or get a message returned. Runs like an impersonal clinic. I want more from my physician.

Incompetent and does not care about his patients. Would love to talk to him but can’t get through his phone filters.

Dr. Shadle is a very caring, understanding and knowledgeable individual. I have been going to him since 2008 and would recommend anybody to him. You can't get a better family doctor in my opinion.

My husband and I have been Dr. Shadle's patience since he moved to Plano from Oklahoma. He is a wonderful doctor, kind, patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. He listens to us and we never feel rushed. We highly recommend Dr. Shadle.

Dr. Shadle himself, and his whole staff has been outstanding. They work me in whenever I need to be, and always go above and beyond to make sure i have everything i need when i leave. I have seen his PA Villy a few times and she is also nothing short of exceptional. I never leave the office confused or with questions. Dr. Shadle and practice are awesome, and I've recommended them to many family and friends. Great bedside manner, and super-friendly staff. Dr. Shadle always takes the time to listen to my needs and never seems rushed. I've seen Villy a couple of times for sick visits, when Dr. Shadle was booked, and she's just as great. All in all, this is a fantastic practice, and I highly recommend.

I have gone to Dr. Shadle for years. He is a great doctor who is caring, concerned and does not over medicate. I recently became eligible for Medicare. For a year before that time I was told Humana Medicare was the best plan and was what Dr.Shadle would accept. AFTER the open enrollment last December, I was called by an office worker to inform me that Dr. Shadle would no longer accept Humana Medicare as if January 2018. Too late!!! Very poor office management!!! ?????? Too bad for us all??

Good doctor but the office seems to be always running late. Half an hour late for an early morning appointment.
