Dr Smith is very good - no nonsense...get the job done doctor. Takes time to go over what you must do to help yourself. Not sure how the appointments works - my wait was over 45 minutes in the waiting room and another 18 in the doctor visit room - with me being on time and about 5 others coming in & being seen before I was made me an unhappy person- and I was next to the last one out the door. They need to work on a better system for checking people in and timeliness of seeing each one.

The staff will NOT return calls. The only calls I would get were from the lady in the office that would call to tell what I owed. Not impressed at all with the post surgery treatment either. I never received a call to check up on me after surgery and when I went in for my follow up I didn't even get to see the doctor. Still having problems from my surgery, but I have now requested my records and I am looking for a new doctor. Their practice has grown too fast! I would not recommend them at all
