The best experience ever considering I was taking my son to the oral surgeon. The front office person was kind and extremely helpful with our insurance, we also had to pay our portion of the charge before the procedure but the balance was sent to the insurance. Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable and put our fears to rest before the procedure. The assistant was very kind to our son and helped him through a very tough procedure. Thank Dr. Smith and Staff.

The one star is given for the receptionist. Front desk receptionist is rude and has an attitude. We had to pay upfront before any work was done on our child which is very odd. In case of medical services such as dental, you receive the service and then pay. Don’t know what his work would be like.

Very pleasant experience with Dr. Jeffery Smith. I was not looking forward to the extraction of three broken teeth but the visit to Dr. Smith was a big relief.. Dr. Smith uses latest techniques and the most modern facilities. Both he and his staff are very experienced and efficient... Just a great overall experience..

Frankly, I was a bit nervous because he's younger...but here I am two days after having four implants in no pain. I took some Advil yesterday but I was able to work. I can't recommend him enough. And a nice touch...he called me to see how I was...not a receptionist. A very satisfied patient...
