Condescending and rude
He was rushed. Never looked 8n my ears after I complained of left ear pain and green, bloody nasal discharge. Got annoyed after I mentioned my chronic sinusitis and thought I had another sinus infection. Said it was just viral. When I asked for an antibiotic he got snarky and said....'Well, let's just get a CT of your sinuses' i think an antibiotic would be more cost-effective. After waiting 5 hours in the waiting room , left with just a steroid. Going to an urgent care tomorrow morning s8nce I can't get into my PCP

He refused to do any scans when I had a bowel obstruction, and was extremely rude and uncaring. Do not see him!

Spatz and the entire ER team can only be described as toxic. I went to the nurse’s station when my relative told me her pain level was at a 10. The young woman never made eye contact and told me, “I’ll let someone know.” The nurse who finally arrived said she was busy helping administer medicine to another patient. That patient was next to my relative. She didn’t appear to be in as much distress as my relative. The nurse was very put off that I asked for help. Spatz came across as annoyed and irritable. Why isn’t anything being addressed with this dysfunctional team?

Didn’t stay in the room for more than a minute. Suggested the possibility of a ‘new’ tumor. HORRIBLE bedside manner.

I saw him after I was raped. He tried to pressure me into pressing charges and said “what if he does it to someone else?” He further traumatized a young girl.

He had an extremely creepy permanent grin and glazed eyes. He told me there is only one urology group, which is out of my network. That turned out not to be true.

Dr. Spatz saw a family member of mine in the emergency room. He has the WORST bedside manner I have ever seen. He came in with his shirt half untucked, drudged in and said you feeling better? Felt on the patients stomach and said you probably just have a GI bug. I spoke up and mentioned a possible diagnosis from scans taken the day before by another doctor. He just laughed it off in my face and said that wasn't it. Turns out, the patient was admitted and diagnosed with what I had suggested.

If I could give him negative stars I would...did not listen, gave frivolous tests and offered no resolution to the problem. Ended up going to a doctor directly afterward that took the time to listen, cared enough to formulate a plan and received a proper diagnosis with treatment. Don't go to Dr. Spatz if you need healthcare!
