Dr. Jeffrey Spivak, MD

Dr. Spivack has treated my wife and I for years; plus found a cancer spot on her lungs which was then treated positively. For myself, he's monitored my heart and steered me thru successful heart surgery in April 2024. He is notorious for testing and keeping an eye on all....that's notorious in its best definition. His manner is direct, his care for each patient, ultimate. None better. Yes you will have to wait longer to see him, and that delay is self explanatory, cause he is trusted. LGR!

Dr Spivak is AMAZING! He is always there for my Dad and treats him like a VIP from a health professional and personal level. He is a RARE GEM who truly cares! This is how he views his patients with the utmost respect and integrity and truly cares! Thank YOU for calling back after hours to brainstorm a health plan for my Dad and taking care of it ASAP! I am a Neonatal ICU nurse and also very particular about doctors. Dr. Spivak is in one word amazing. Excellent bedside manner. Excellent diagnostician. Excellent communication. Very conservative approach. He is YOUR advocate to your health. Can’t get any better than that. It does seem wait times can be long but I’ve seen this in the past with other doctors I’ve loved and I’m fine with that. Also, his immediate staff are all excellent at what they do- Dina secretary, Jivan phlebotomy, Emmanuel echo, and the staff that does EKGs. They all love what they do and it really shows.

Excellent Doctor. Top notch. I trust Dr. Spivak for the past 19 years. He listens and gets to the bottom of everything right away. He does not delay care. He is always accommodating and I like his demeanor with me. I am a very anxious patient, he makes me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Spivak put me through a radioactive thallium stress test and subjected me to future cancer risk for no reason as I am an extremely healthy 35 year old. I’m sorry I complied.

Very little contact with Dr. Spivak. Saw him for 10 minutes at most over 2 days of tests. I never received any conclusion from him or anybody else. Was just to leave after last test.

Dr Spivak is a very personable person. He cares about the patient as a person. He doesn’t just treat the illness, he treats the person.

Dr. Jeffrey is an excellent/caring, brilliant Physician. You really want this guy on your side. He truly cares about his patients. A Board Certified Cardiologist/Internist. He is very thorough; does every appropriate test necessary, and then diagnoses/refers you to the correct much-needed Specialists. He has a great, large Staff that are also excellent/caring. Want a doctor who cares, look no further. May have to wait as he takes extra time if needed rather than make another appointment. Excellent general doctor and better cardiologist.

Another great doctor with a horrible support staff. I'm a former patient from when Dr. Spivak was with a different office; I called to ask about insurance coverage, which it turns out won't be accepted by the office next year. When I asked a follow-up question, they hung up on me. From past experience, Dr. Spivak will provide you with great care, but assume that you will be treated poorly by his staff.

I am an RN. I look for doctors who are not only professional and thorough, but kind and compassionate. Dr. Spivak is that rare perfect mix. He is genuinely concerned about his patients! You may have to wait a bit to see him, but he is definitely worth the wait!

I have been with Dr. Spivak for many years, even followed him from one practice to another. He is an excellent physician. Although office wait times are very long.

I have been using Dr. Spivak for over 18 years. He is the most caring, concerned doctor you will ever find. He follows up whether it is at night and/or on the weekend; that in itself is a valuable trait in a doctor. The only downside is the lengthy wait in the waiting room (could be 2+ hours most of the time), but once you are in the exam room, he makes sure you are well-taken care of and will address your concerns. I sometimes find that he will order (in my opinion) unnecessary tests.
