Took my father to Dr Statland for a schedule appointment. We were taken back to an exam room shortly after we arrived. The nurse gathered my father's vitals and prepped him for his exam by Dr Statland. We waited in the exam room for an hour. Never saw Dr Statland. None of the nurses came to check on us or give us an update on what was going on or when we could expect to see Dr Statland. So we left without see the Dr because we had other commitments. Totally unacceptable. Dr's want their patients to be respectful of their time and to honor the appointment times they schedule. Same courtesy and expectation should be extended to the patients. I took off work to help my father get to this appointment. Total waste of my time and my father's.

Very clever and kind. Took the time to explain clearly and completely. Smart enough to not call for limitless unneeded tests and procedures, but instead knew right what to hone in on. I do recommend him to everyone I know.
