Caring , concerned and knowledgable!!
Dr Stidam was very professional and he is the Dr that put my replacement pacemaker in. When my regular cardiologist was unable to see me, I changed to Dr Stidam and I am very pleased with him. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I cannot speak highly enough about this physician. He is, as is with most UofL doctors, a cut above.

Still waiting for a call back after afib
I have a loop recorder implanted and experienced several hours of irregular heartbeat and afib two nights ago. I’ve called his office twice and am still waiting for him to call back. Find another cardiologist.

Horrible experience. Cancels appointments without notice, never up loaded my tests still to this date in my chart, and it has been several months now. He writes wrong information, and things not discussed at appointments in chart notes. Office staff is not helpful or friendly. Doctor cancelled my last appointment on me again last minute, was required to do video chat, still to this date 3 weeks later the doctor has note called in my blood pressure prescriptions. Good thing my General Practitioner did and is a A+ doctor! This doctor and staff are very unprofessional and as a heart doctor this is very scary!!!

First visit I literally waited to see the dr 3 hours. After our initial meet I was scheduled for an echo. I went in and had the echo a few weeks later. After many many phone calls from me, I finally got a call from his medical assistant 3 weeks later. All she could say was the test was good. Could not answer any questions, give specifics nothing. 3000 dollar test. No Dr phone call..nothing. This Dr is a total clown, save yourself some time and money and see a different Dr at a different office

Dr. Stidam did my Cardiac Ablation at Jewish Hospital Downtown with a positive outcome. Several other Doctors in his practice have also performed procedures on me but I chose Dr. Stidam to be my Cardiologist of record. As is the case with all excellent Cardiologists, his practice is very busy.

But I bet this worthless dr billed my insurance for the office visit!!!!!!! Looking for a new dr now thanks to this worthless de

EXTREMELY UNLIKELY. OFFICE STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE FOLLOW-UP IS VERY POOR. SELENA ACTUALLY LAUGHED AT MY CONCERN OF NOT TAKING MY COUMADIN FOR 2 WEEKS, EVEN WITH MY HISTORY OF BLOOD CLOTS IN MY HEART x2. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO INFORM ME HOW TO PROCEED WITH MY COUMADIN TO THIS DAY. I ENDED UP GIVING UP ON RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS OR EVEN CALL BACK FROM THEM AND CALLED MY CARDIOLOGIST (DR. ATTAVAR) AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HER AND SHE TOOK CARE OF ME AND GUIDED ME.
