Dr. Jeffrey Stone, MD

After working in medicine for many years, I've met some nasty doctors, but Dr. Stone is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. While questioning me on my health history, he made several unacceptable comments, one of which was that the serious health issues of my child should not be used as a reason for stress. He was downright nasty, arrogant & rude & I ended up requesting to see another doctor for that visit. I was shocked at his unprofessionalism. This is the type of person that does NOT belong in a patient oriented setting. I never went back to that office.

Finally found a great doctor. Very thorough, spends time listening and thoroughly explaining. Genuinely concerned about my health.

Worst doctor ever....His staff is just as bad.... They denied my blood pressure meds to my pharmacy without and warning or call to me. They wouldn't return my calls for weeks. Forgot getting an appointment unless you plan your sickness a month in advance. I was told I needed to go to emergency room by his staff for a cold I just needed antibodies for....When you do see him, he doesn't listen to you....

Chose him as PCP in 2016. Called for first appt. 1st wk of January, nothing avail til late March. I set that up. On Jan 7, became very sick, called his office 3 times in a two wk period to try to get in to see him, as I would need a referral if I had to see a specialist. Was told they could not see me due to new patient status. Ended up going to Urgent Care, 2days later to ER, 1 wk later found a new PCP to see me. Very sick for a month. Apparently he is too busy to see his patients!
