They made me hesitant to seek real treatmeant
Years ago, I saw Dr. Taylor years ago. He was not knowledgeable, didnt want to do the procedure I wanted (for which I had researched extensively including sending my xrays to a specialist in the UK who confirmed what i needed done was what I asked for. Dr. Taylor wanted to do a joint replacement, but all i needed was both growth removed. I also asked about the prices of his proposed surgery. He and his rude staff could not answer said i would have to pay for another appt to discuss price of the procedure then after already fully paid, intimidated me to say i owe more. i will not stay quiet about that abhorrent treatment any longer. It has been on my mind for years. Additionally, I had gotten the procedure I proposed done and doing much better. One of the reasons I put it off for years was thinking of the treatment i got from Dr. Taylor and his staff would be what i would get everywhere. This made me unnecessarily put up with pain and limited movement for years.

He is the best! I've seen him for 20+ years, with two surgeries and several sprains. I fully trust him to give me and my family the best care.

Dr. Jeff is a fantastic doctor. I had plantar facitis and a morton's neuroma. I went thru orthotics and cortizone shots to try to avoid surgery on the neuroma. He did a fantastic job on the neuroma surgery. A year later, I had a problematic ankle...too many sprains. After appropriate PT, I ended up having left ankle reconstruction. His goal for me was less than 5% inversion. I have a very stable ankle now. Need the right one done but I've moved out of state. But I'm so tempted to come for a long visit to have him do the left ankle. He has a great understanding of the working of the foot and ankle and what needs to be done to correct the issue. Great personality too.

They charged extra $25 for X-Rays when my insurance should have covered it all and sent my lab work out of network which is $900 and did not informed me. I wonder what is their office mission statement. Dr. Taylor suggested surgery as the only option.

Very bad billing practice for services resulting in exorbitant out of pocket costs and very poor customer service. Initial misdiagnosis and lab tests sent to out of network lab without informing me. Poor communication and excessive charges. I did not feel I was a priority. My money was.

I have been seeing Doctor Taylor for over 10 years. He has operated on me twice and seen me through multiple foot problems. He is incredibly detailed oriented and takes great care and time to explain everything thoroughly. I go to the Southlake office and can't say enough nice things about the office staff as well--Sara and Calvin are incredible.
