I always look forward to seeing Dr Toubin...excellent physician and I most enjoy talking about and solving the problems of the world as well as current affairs with him.

Originally I had my semi-annual appointment with Dr. Toubin in mid-March but was experiencing problems in February, so his staff was able to schedule an appointment for me 3 weeks earlier, in February. It turns out I had a UTI and he prescribed medication to clear it up. I had never experienced an infection like this before. Dr. Toubin is very knowledgeable. I give him 5 stars.

First, he refused to do a telehealth visit, so I had to fly back to Dallas for him to tell me that he didn't think I had cancer but to recheck my PSA every 3 months. I currently live out of the country, my PSA tripled and I called the office multiple times with no returned calls.3 months later it tripled again and I called repeatedly for at least 2 weeks, still no response from Dr. Toubin. I finally sought treatment from a local urologist and found that I Do have cancer. I have lost valuable tome as far as early treatment. I DO NOT recommend him.

Dr. Toubin's staff is rude. They behave as if they are doing patients a favor by speaking to them. Likewise, Dr. Toubin, while seemingly competent, is rude and unprofessional. He became very aggressive and rude with me when I asked a lot of questions about my lab tests and condition during an appointment.

Dr Toubin was very professional. did not have to wait long.

Dr Toubin is always personable. He explains the conditions so that you understand. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Dr. Toubin was very thorough in describing the attributes of this procedure as compared to the alternatives but left the decision entirely up to me.

I went to Doctor Toubin having a scheduled appointment. When I went to meet him he was the rudest person I have ever met in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waiting room time minimal, saw Dr Toubin promptly all want well

It was very professional

I’m so very disappointed with Dr Toubin and his staff, worse experience ever. I’ve been in pain for over 6 weeks, visited the doctor on 7 May, had a CT scan on 12 May and to this day I still have no results. I called the office on Friday 14 May and was told by the nurse that no result had been received. I called again on The afternoon of Mon 17 May and was told that they just received the results and they would pass this on to the doctor and he would call me back, as of today still no call. I contacted Gateway and they stated to me that they sent the results to the doctor on Friday 14 May around 9 am, I do not appreciated being lied too. I was told that if the pain was unbearable to go to emergency if the pain was unbearable but this may cause additional charges for another CT scan. I’ve contacted my doctor and requesting another reference to a urologist that will treat my condition with the utmost urgency.

Pays close attention to what you are saying. Spaek in a manner so you understand what he is talking about.

Dr. Toubin is friendly, listens to my comments and answers my questions. I enjoy his throwing in a bit of humor now and then.

My visit there was absolutely great. The wait time was minimum. The doctor is very knowledgeable about my issue.
