Does not know how to use the VA system to respond
This human works for the VA in LVNV. I left a message Apr 2 and he responded in the system the same day but failed to tag the nurse to follow up with me the patient. I dont know the nurses responsibility here but no one followed up with me until today after 4 phone calls and an email to patient advocates and the VA white house hotline. Now I needed a referral for care after a surgery scheduled for may 10 and nothing has been done and none of those fools care. Everyone wants to pass the buck & make me the bad person for not calling every day to get them to do their jobs. These people are horrible. I believe they dont care about my life and would rather I die.

Dr. Tudla was very complete, patriotic and to the point. Would highly recommend him for all Family Practice Services that is offered.
