Sometimes, assembly line repetition can cause mistakes, BUT NOT HERE! Dr. Whitman and the entire staff have the process of cataract surgery working like a Swiss watch! They are professional and courteous at every step of the process, the facility is very clean, and beside EXCELLENT results, their attention to detail is both educational and eases the anxieties of surgery. Your confidentiality is protected at every step, and they remain COVID aware. As a retired healthcare worker, I know what SHOULD happen before, during and after a surgery, so you can rest assured when I say I would not go anywhere else for eye care.

My cataract resulted from retina detachment surgery. Cataract surgery was a minor emergency. Key-Whitman scheduled me quickly. The tests before surgery were comprehensive. All staff members were exceptionally courteous and professional. The process was efficient and explained throughly. I especially enjoyed meeting the woman who greeted me for surgery check in. She’s worked there for 37 years.

I had a cataract removed and was amazed at how well I could see that same night. The next day was even better in the follow-up exam, I was able to read 6 more lines of text than I could before the operation. This has been one of the best decisions I've made regarding eyecare. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Whitman and his staff are wonderful. It was a pretty scary thought having surgery on my eye but they made me feel as comfortable as possible, and informed me of what was happening each step of the way. That made me feel much better.
