Dr. Jen Trenga, DO

I had a horrible experience with Dr Trenga. She was unable to diagnosis my symptoms as perimenopause. The 4 office visit after I kept saying its hormone related she said it was a possibility. She keep bringing up that it could be an STD even when I told her it couldn't possibly be. I got STD tested to confirm. She then insisted it was DIV desquamative inflammatory vaginitis by exclusion and prescribed vaginal antibiotics that gave me another yeast infection. I had to self diagnosis myself and ask for the vaginal estrogen cream to help with my vaginal dryness. She never used the term vaginal dryness with me nor offered the medication. After filing a compliant with public relations I had an appointment with another provider in the office. The lab test (FSH) I initially requested was ran and confirmed my diagnosis. I am hurt that Dr Trenga didn't listen to me and didn't think that I could have perimenopause . I suffered for months and she made me feel like I was crazy.

Everything about my appointment was great! I had never been to the West Bend location, so prior to my visit I called to ask for directions. The staff member that answered was great, I had no problem finding the check in desk. The staff at the welcome desk were super helpful and friendly as well! The MA who took me back was such a joy, she took great care in getting all of my information and informed me of small delay with the doctor and offered me a water if I wanted. I switched providers last year due to my doctor leaving the organization and couldn't be more happy with them seamless transition to Dr. Trenga. Overall, everyone I interacted with was amazing! Thank you!

Both Dr Trenga and her MA were wonderful. I was pretty nervous about my appointment and they were both very understanding. Dr Trenga explained everything she was going to do and as she did the procedure she let me know what step was next. I was very pleased with rhe care I received.

Dr Trenga was amazing! First time seeing her and was very, very happy about my visit. I learned a lot about my issues and together, we discussed and chose a path forward. I'm happy I found her!

I appreciate them getting me in on short notice after my concern of what I needed checked since they needed to cancel my appointment towards the end of October.

I loved my appointment with Dr.Trenga the only thing I would change is the MA who I had never met was in the room and I had to have a vaginal exam and was right there the whole time. I understand but also was a little uncomfortable as a patient to have someone in the room that I had never met and listened to the whole conversation and saw the exam take place that's the only thing I would change. I love Dr. Trenga and want to continue my care with her.
