HE IS RUDE AND DOES NOT EXPLAIN VERY WELL. HE SAID 1 THING THEN WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM HE SAID "I NEVER SAID THAT" NO BEDSIDE MANNER. I DO NOT THINK I WILL BE GOING BACK TO HIM. ON THE OTHER HAND HIS STAFF IS ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL.

everything others reviewed about this doctor is accurate. The communication is horrible! and not for nothing, communication with this disease is key! although their office opens at 10am... it wasn't until 1245pm until they took their after hrs service off for incoming calls!!!! I have been trying to call them for test results since Friday and this was the first time someone actually answered the phone. then they tell me the results are in, but the doctor isn't (so, wth does that mean, in modern days of technology, i wold think he would be able to receive results from where ever the hell he is). I then call the doctor who performed the biopsy, only to find out that when they called the lab for the same results, they weren't in yet! They said wont be avail till later in the day... so then what the hell was this office taking about? this is not about the sniffles, this is about cancer! and no office should behave in this manor for any kind of issue, but esp. for this one!

I saw Dr. Wang for a blood condition and was pleased with the attentiveness and care I received. He is very knowledgeable about my condition and followed up with me about questions I had in a timely manner and eased my mind because I was very nervous. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Wang to my family and friends.

Dr. Wang is knowledgeable, and taught me about my condition. Once you are in the inner office, his staff is prepared for you, and has been accommodating, when I've been late.

The most irresponsivle doctor I have ever seen! My grandma started having pain second session into chemo, so he wrote a script for ct scan and told us to wait for him to get it authorized. He called us back 3 weeks later saying no authorization was required. But too late. The cancer cell had moved to the bones. There was no definite plan on what to do, I had so much trouble reaching him. And very annoyed with any questions. Always respond with I don't know.

Dr Jen Wang has very poor bedside manner, always impatient with any questions asked and unapologetic when he was late to his office hours - everyone waited more than an hour due to his tardiness. He is hard to reach outside his limited office hours and gives conflicting info about the process. It's disheartening to see how he treated me and other patients - facing the fear of cancer without having a supportive or even professional doctor at your side is too much. I switched doctors immediately
