I have had 2 surgeries and am about to have a third performed by Dr Bernstein. They have brought me great relief and I am confident that the third will as well. During regular office visits she always took plenty of time to explain every facet of surgery, recovery and therapy expectations.

Dr. Bernstein answered my questions and listen to my concerns. I have a great deal of confidence in her skill as a surgeon. I’m comfortable working with her.

She was attentive, listening to my issues while giving me choices given my problem

The doctor took the time to listen to what I was going through with my pain. She made a plan for me and things have been going very smooth. I will be ready for my procedure soon.

Gave me a new type of cortisone shot that significantly helped improve my mobility.

Dr. Bernstein gave all options and provided an explanation for each option. She gave injections to the knees without pain. She really cared about me.

My experience from start to finish was exceptional. I would highly recommend Dr. Bernstein.

I have had to prior surgeries through the group and all the staff is kind, courteous and friendly. I feel they really care about me and couldn't be nicer. I met Dr. Jenn for the 1st time and she is the same as the rest of the group, she cares, is friendly and has a great bedside manor. She explained to me in terms I could understands, was honest about my issues and was very kind. I trust her 100% with my healthcare. Please go see Dr. Jenn and the group you will be very happy.

My visit at the office was wonderful the staff was pleasant. They explain whatever the doctor leaves for them to tell me. I know I will need a knee replacement for my right knee. So I will have her to do it for me, because I was up walking and exercising.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The intake was on an iPad and I would have preferred to do it on my computer in advance. I thought the appointment was going to take longer because of that, but it did not, as everything was very efficient! They took x-rays and the doctor came in with them. We discussed my history and options for treatment. She answered my questions. I found her to be warm, caring, and empathetic.

Dr. Bernstein is one of best doctors I’ve seen over my lifetime. She was thorough, compassionate, explained things clearly, and was a great communicator. I left the office feeling confident about a plan to address my hip issues, and feel confident returning g to her as needed. A role model for other orthopedic surgeons.

Everyone, from start to finish, was professional, courteous, respectful and helpful from start to finish.Dr Bernstein is great, and I would highly recommend her!

Outstanding physician! Dr. Bernstein gave me a very thorough examination , carefully reviewed my x-rays and MRI , carefully explained them to me and began a plan to get my complicated fall injuries addressed. Lovely, knowledgeable and thorough! Delighted to have found such a caring and smart orthopedist.

I was not Dr. Bernstein's regular patient. My regular surgeon was not able to perform the operation and called upon Dr. Bernstein to do the surgery. Without missing a beat Dr. Bernstein successfully performed the surgery, and her explanations and her compassion towards my wife while in the waiting room was wonderful. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Bernstein for all she did.

If I could give a zero I would. I slipped and fell and have been in extreme pain for 2 weeks. I have a sprained knee, contusions and a hematoma. My leg is completely numb. When I went to their walk in the doctor said this doctor would Do a MRI. I was given meds, a cane, no ultrasound, no mri. I called today to let them know I’m in a lot of pain and would like to rule out blood clot. She wouldn’t write a order and said my primary care can. When my primary said to call my Ortho. Bedside manner is not good. She is not thorough with exam and is very rude. Also, would not prescribe a medicine to assist with my pain. This is a great group , but I will Not be seeing her again.

With the first 30 days I was walking without my cane. Physical therapy 2x a week. Great progress Less than 90 days. I am back on over 90% of my knee motions,bending, straightforward, still having discomfort and not yet able to get back on driving my tractor trailer. But the progress in comparison to other doctors patients is greater without comparison. She's a wonderfull doctor.
