Dr. Fox is fantastic, always. I trust her and know she has my best interests at heart. She listens and answers all my questions thoroughly. Zero complaints on any of the Essentia staff!

Jenna Fox. MD makes me feel truly valued as a person and she is interested in my feelings as well as my medical issue.

Dr. Fox Is one of a kind! Her confidence was inspiring and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.

Provider interaction is fair to midline, majority of the direction of my care I initiate and she seems to go along, often staying "fair enough, that sounds good, we will do that," or "sounds like you have it figured out,". She didn't even initiate the diabetic screening till I suggested due to my health history and symptoms. Problem is not just with her, feels like it is with all the providers lately that chronic manageable issues are pushed aside till symptoms are severely exacerbated, unless the patient has knowledge and advocates for themselves.

Dr. Fox is exceptional in my experience for her empathy and approach to my concerns and possible solutions as a dialogue between us, guided by her knowledge and experience. She was flexible with options and honest in admitting she just doesn't know the best solution for some of my concerns but offered a good pathway forward.

I love Dr.Fox!! Not only did she deliver my first child. She now sees my second child. Always feel VERY comfortable talking with her. Feel like she truly listens and cares! Very easy to talk to. Would highly recommend her! She is also great with children!

Dr. Fox delivered my last 2 babies and has been my PCP for the past 3ish years. She is an excellent doctor who listens to my concerns, is very kind, relatable, professional, and knowledgeable, and is not pushy (like other providers I’ve had in the past). I trust her judgment and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new provider.

Prior to seeing Dr Fox- I was shuttled around the health system in my hometown, and was not getting answers or help. This happened for almost 4 years. I decided to get a second opinion with her, and I'm so glad I did. I travel about 30 minutes to see her, and honestly-I'd travel 3 hrs to see her. She's the best. She's very smart and kind, and has been the MVP at coordinating my care between providers. Because she got me to the right providers and listened to my concerns, I was able to finally get diagnosed and get treatment for my issues- some requiring surgery. If it weren't for her, I can't imagine where I'd be. Very grateful for her, she's a wonderful doctor

Dr. Fox is a great listener and she includes her patients in the decision-making in their care plan.

Dr Fox is my go-to! She knows and understands my history, gives me honest and helpful feedback and helps me take control of my own health. She did all of my prenatal and postnatal care and I recommend her to everyone!

I had two issues to discuss. It seemed like the visit was going longer than necessary but I have never had to time an office visit. I got my bill that states Office visit 30-39 minutes, $325.00 dollars, my share of that $124. If I had know the visit was timed I would have wrapped things up quickly. This has never occurred before so I was totally unaware that I had to watch the time. The doctor may not even know this is done but I can't leave a review for the clinic. Essentia Health wants to look caring and concerned, but in this case it was a ploy to bill a higher rate. REPEAT, if you use this clinic make sure you are not paying extra for an unnecessarily long office visit.

Dr. Fox listens to our concerns, ask necessary questions and then gives us options regarding the care we need. She is very thorough.
