I recently had surgery for a drooping eye lid. Dr. Kim was very through in explaining the procedure and recovery. Procedure went very well, minimal trauma around the eye and facial area. Excellent follow up. Thanks, it looks great.

I met with Dr Kim in November 2024 because of a bump on my eyelid. She was concerned with it and did a biopsy right away. It turned out to be skin cancer; therefore she created a treatment plan. She arranged for me to have it removed by a dermatologist, then Dr Kim performed surgery to put my lid back together. I'm healing now after the ordeal and I am so grateful that she helped find the skin cancer and took care of it for me. Dr. Kim knows her stuff, and she is kind and capable. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Kim was very detailed in her explanation(s) of the need for and the actual procedure that she would use to perform both upper and lower eyelid surgery. Once my surgery was scheduled she and her office staff were diligent in providing the documents insuring that they received the necessary releases from my GP and Cardiologist offices. On the days (I had two different surgeries) of my actual surgery Dr. Kim met with me prior to my procedure and again explained what she (as well as everyone involved like the anesthesiologist, etc) was about to do and made sure I was comfortable with the process and ready to proceed. The procedures went exactly as she had described and to my surprise were much less traumatic than I anticipated. On the day following my surgery Dr. Kim personally phoned to check on me to insure everything was good. I was pleasantly surprised !!!!!!I would definitely recommend Dr. Kim and will certainly use her in the future if need arises.

Initial office visit was timely and informative. Dr Kim explained the procedure to correct my drooping eyelids and the recovery process. The day of surgery she again covered the procedure and answered my questions. The surgery was completed in a timely manner and detailed postoperative care instructions were provided prior to release. Follow up office were timely and informative. Office staff was always friendly and efficient.

When we met with Dr. Kim, she was very professional and showed sincere concern for my husband's eye issue. After checking him out and speaking to him about the situation, surgery was scheduled and she was thorough in explaining what would take place and what the outcome should be. Surgery went well and her followup was greatly appreciated. We would recommend her highly.

Dr. Kim has an excellent 'bedside' manner. She was honest about the procedure and what to expect before and after the procedure. Even though I have a medical background, she explained everything in understandable detail. She asked several times during my initial visit if I had any questions....I really like that.

Dr. Kim was outstanding in her approach to my problem, knowledgeable and professional. Her surgery was absolutely outstanding, in every way. She explained the procedure and was very conscious of her patient’s need for correction. Her follow-up personally was unexpected and appreciated that she had concern of my condition after surgery, the second day. That’s unusual in today’s world but it reflects Dr. Kim’s care for her patients. Her surgery was very successful and I would highly recommend her for any surgery in her field. I needed upper eyelid surgery because the sagging skin was affecting my vision. I also asked her about a tiny bump on my left lower eyelid. She offered to remove the small bump during that procedure since I'd already be numb. At my post-op appointment, she shared the biopsy results - my bump was a basal cell carcinoma. She coordinated a MOHS procedure to remove the cancer, followed by her reconstruction surgery to 'put me back together again.' Not only does she genuinely care about her patients, but she is also an excellent surgeon. I recently successfully renewed my driver's license. Her reconstructive skills are exceptional. My left eye has healed completely, with no scarring or disfiguration. I highly recommend Dr. Kim for any complex eyelid surgery.

I had two styes on my left eyelid in the span of two months of each other. Dr. Jenna Kim helped me both times and thoroughly explained what they are and how to potentially avoid in the future (warm compress). She gave me a treatment that was injected into the eyelid and this solved my problem both times. The second time a stye formed she was very responsive and prescribed me what I needed prior to being able to see me. I appreciate her thoroughness but most importantly her genuine kindness and care. She spends as much time as you need with her expertise and does not rush you or make you feel like a cog in the medical wheel. Take care of your eyes!

What can I say I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Kim. She listened to me after two doctors continued to prescribe me medicine for something that wasn’t the problem. She cared enough to make sure I was mentally ready for my first surgery (minimal) nonetheless I was so nervous. She maintained contact with me throughout my healing process to make sure I’m healing well, which I am. It’s hard to find genuine people but Dr. Kim is that one. Thank you!

Dr. Kim was great in treating me and she could tell I was scared and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I had not heard of her before but I’m glad I know of her now. Will spread the news about her around town and in my apartment complex! Thanks Dr. Kim for making a scared lady a little less scared.

Did a ptosis and did not treat my wide open for 2 1/2 weeks. Had dry eye and still have them 5 months after surgery. Also my eyelids won’t close at night per several doctors who have done other types of surgery. Told they will probably never close by dr Kim. Causes me a great deal of stress

First visit with Dr. Kim and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a very professional, capable, and personable ophthalmologist. She provided useful detail about future expectations of eye care in addition to the current status.
