Dr. Jenna-Lyn Johnson, MD

My mother's regular cardiologist couldn't meet us on time, so he personally recommended and helped us schedule with Dr Johnson. He personally called us and reassured us she was a great doctor...She had no information on my mother's medical history & was extremely disorganized. We spent over 2.5 hours in the office, only for her to do nothing because my mother 'isn't her patient.' She sent us home with no care and blamed us for her inability to retrieve my mother's records, saying that the last hospital we went to in emergency was not St Thomas owned, and therefore the wrong choice.The hospital (Centennial) is where we have been for every medical emergency and surgery for years, and her Cardiologist has been on board with that choice. To have a Doctor we do not know tell us that our choice in hospital was wrong, and also have the same doctor tell us that we shouldn't be there and send us on our way has influenced us to begin looking elsewhere for a new doctor altogether.

Dr Johnson is the BEST doctor I have ever been. She listen to you and takes the time to explain the treatment process. I would recommend to everyone. She is the BEST.

Dr Johnson first saw my 92 year old mother in Lexington Medical Center during a recent hospitalization, and was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional in that setting. In the office follow-up, we experienced the same demeanor and professionalism. Her extensive knowledge about heart disease and ability to make it understandable, even to my mom, was exemplary. I highly recommend Dr Jenna Johnson!
