Waste of time. Arrived on time for my appointment and waited for about an hour before asking for my co-pay refund. I didn’t receive the courtesy of an update or explanation for the delay. I should’ve read some of the reviews first. The PSR was very friendly and nice, but the rest of my experience was very unprofessional. I did not feel valued at all.

I saw Dr. Berry at Urgent Care long ago. She took her time to listen to what was going on with me. I did not feel that she was rushing me. I needed somebody to monitor my care as I got older and I selected Dr. Berry as my PCP. The best medical decision I ever made! Dr Berry is very thorough.

She has an excellent,Bed Side Manner ,And always listen to her patients Complaints Shows Concerns for their Needs, Follow Ups As Schedule. I just Wish We had More Like Her.

Waited for nearly 1.5 hr; She saw me for less than 5 min - the worst experience I had with seeing a doctor in America, and I have lived in US for 24 years. I would give 0 star if there's a choice - Those five stars given out by some people - now you'll have to question if they were bought.

My husband & I needed a new family doctor. After reading great reviews here, we made appointments with Dr. Berry. Big mistake! We each saw her twice & both times she spent our entire appointment staring at her computer. She doesn't listen to her patient's concerns nor does she read anything on the extensive health history form patients are required to fill out. She went so far as to tell me that my blood pressure of 180/110 was "nothing to be concerned about "! Stay away from this doctor.
