She was fantastic.
My son and I were both referred to Dr. Kho, me for a trigger finger and my developmentally disabled son for a ganglion cyst. The office was clean and bright. Parking was plentiful. I filled out the new patient forms and were ushered into a quite large room within 10 minutes. We waited maybe 5 minutes for the doctor to come in. She was warm and friendly and we discussed our two issues. She advised us as to what procedures we could benefit from. After we decided for the least invasive procedures she called the nurse (assistant) and asked for the items needed. For my son she was to drain his cyst. He was very nervous but she was so understanding and talked him through the procedure. My finger required an injection of steroids. On our follow up visit we waited about 15 to be seen. She is the kind of doctor you want to find more of.

Poor care and interested in profitable patients
I saw Dr Kho for post-op appointments after a wrist fracture. Surgery was done in emergency in Mammoth but I had to find a Dr closer to my house. Dr Kho is surely knowledgeable but she provides poor care. She rushes appointment while running ~45 minutes late (e.g., insensitive to patient pain to expedite diagnose / patient is struggling to ask questions since the Dr is standing up ready to leave once hand diagnose is done.) I shared thumb tendinitis symptoms that she never accounted for which aggravated the pain and led to another surgery to release the tendon. I called today to make a post-op appointment and she refused to see me and advised to just go to urgent care. Tl;Dr: Dr Kho has no interest in providing decent care if you don’t do surgery with her. She won’t treat you as her patient and will ignore pain/concerns to get you out of her room as fast as possible if your situation isn’t profitable enough.

Dr Kho did an excellent job. At the consultation, she gave me a detailed explanation of the severity of my Dupuytren's and how she would correct it. She also gave a detailed explanation of any possible complications. The surgery went very well since she has a great team and facility, and my fingers are healing quite well.

Dr. Kho really cares about her patient. She explain the condition very patiently and very precisely. She really helped me with the surgery she did on my hand, and all the process and care for healing after the surgery. My experience with Dr. Jenniefer Kho was excellent.
