Dr. Brown is a good physician. While I've only been a patient for 3 annual visits, something changed between last year and this year. She did not seem as engaged this year.

Although I often was scheduled to see Dr. Brown, she was often unavailable or cancelled appointments. Eventually, I was happier with the physician assistants that I was assigned to see.

Talked only about herself. Did less than a 2-point physical exam (listened to one heart point and felt my thyroid). Complained about how much paperwork she had to do and informed me she was leaving the office because she didn't like her current job.

The elevator was not working. I could not climb the stairs. Everyone - the registration person (Dave), Nurse Zoe and Dr. Brown worked out a solution and provided excellent service

While Dr.Brown is my PCP, I have never seen her at any additional appointments (I.e., sprained ankle) outside of my annual review.

Dr Brown is a lovely woman. Unfortunately, she has been my primary for 2 years and this was the first time I met her and she's moving to elder care. So, I'm not sure that we made much progress.
