Dr. Jennifer Bunch, MD

I’ve seen Dr. Bunch for several issues. She has always helped. Compassionate, understanding and takes time to explain everything. Appointments are always on time. I highly recommend her.

Seriously not for long-term. Not compassionate worst yet.

Dr. Bunch is an incredible pain specialist. She doesn’t just ‘throw’ prescriptions for pain medications at her patients. She listens, really listens, to them and works together with them to find the most effective ways to deal with their pain. I saw some other pain specialists before I was treated by her and NONE of them came remotely close to her competence and compassion. She is quite simply, the BEST.

Excellent experience. Caring and compassionate staff address all concerns. Dr. Bunch herself obviously cares about her patients as well. All procedures explained in detail. My results were relief of pain I'd suffered for years.

I was hopeful when referred to this doctor. The first appointment was near perfect. But, once the diagnostic procedures was in process, it felt like, a lets get this over with type of scenario. Very condescending/rude when trying to speak to her and ARNP, and not truthful about length of time for pain relief. I am on NO meds nor do I want any, glad she at least has that right... I have already been through these shots for insurance purposes. And this was the same $$$$ scheme. Please be aware of the puppy mill mentality.

Dr. Bunch and her staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Their waiting time is reasonable, all questions are answered and Dr. Bunch gave me the appropriate treatments to help me feel better. I highly recommend Dr. Bunch.

I have been to the office a few times for injections in a painful back. Dr Bunch is a caring and understanding doctor. She cares for her patients. I highly recommend her. Her staff is so great and care about your health and are very knowledgeable.

Dr Bunch is Absoutley wonderful. Very caring understand and knowledgeable along with being the sweetest person I know as a doctor. I highly recommend her if you are in a lot of pain. She has helped me so Much in this past year. I now have my husband going to her

She didn’t care how I felt just took pain meds away with with no regards to me as an individual. It’s her way or no way! I wouldn’t consider her as a Pain Management Dr. Unless you have a simple basic boo-boo that requires a band-Aid! I am in more pain now than when I started seeing her & it’s only been a month & a half! It’s not just her taking away pain meds it’s how she went about doing so! Barbaric!!

Could hardly walk. Thanks to Dr. BUNCH I can get around again. Feel as I am young again.

No compassion what so ever. RUDE. CONDESEDNING. Expects you to just stop all medications, meanwhile I can hardly walk. Don't waste your time or your $$. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Bunch for a few years. Have had 3 back surgeries, have seen her after being discharged from surgeon care. She has always treated me with utmost care and respect, she has always listened to my concerns and provided pain meds accodingly.

Had an appointment with Dr. Bunch on June 17th,2021 and she sent in the script for 10mg of Oxycodone every 6 hrs. which only lasts 30 Days and thought I had an appointment on July 17th @ 10am. When I arrived for the July appointment they told me my appointment was not until August 16th and that Dr. Bunch should have given me a paper script for the month of August that she never gave to me. They scheduled another appointment on June 19th and never saw Dr. Bunch a PA saw me and said she'd call in another refill. It's been more than 24 hrs and not yet received the script!!! All calls go directly to voicemail with no callbacks within 24 hours. I believe this borders on medical negligence.

Run don't walk away from this evil sadistic witch! She has absolutely no empathy or compassion for patients that don't go along with her agenda. She cut dosages of my wife's maintenance meds 3 times in a very short period of time & was advised of her upcoming orthopedic surgery & refused to temporarily increase dosage. Eight days later we finally got a return call from her office stating that they would increase dosage temporarily & when I went to pick them up I was told that she was denied. My wife is 69 years old with deteritiative bone disease in her spinal column & every disc is either bulged or herniated. Dr. Bunch knows all of this & still refuses to help. Now she's post surgical {shoulder} & Dr.Bunch says she can do without a temporary increase. The decreased maintenance dosage doesn't even take the edge off so she can function.

Dr. Bunch has been taking care of my major back pain. She is the only doctor after years of pain that understands my pain and how to assist me. ***** I give her 10 stars!!

Horrible dr. Never returns calls, will no show for appts. Then she will rip you off an opioid she prescribed for years without warning or reason and without tapering. Stay far away, she’s cold and heartless.

Dr Bunch is kind and listens to your concerns.

She always takes time to listen. She treats you as a person, not a number. She’s my favorite doctor ever.

I was treated by doctor bunch and received steroid injections at a surgical center it was so horrendously painful and she acted as if it was no big deal the anesthesiologist had to tell me to calm down because I was crying so hard because dr. Bunch did not sedate me enough. when I was in her office before I had the steroid injections done she put trigger point injections in a muscle spasm I had but she has no bedside manner quote unquote she is rough doesn't tell you when she's going to do the injection and she just starts stabbing the needle into the muscle so I have extreme anxiety now because of her that I don't want to have them done again not by her at least I am looking for another pain management doctor I suggest you do the same. They would put me in a room and I was expecting to be seen but she would go to all the other patients first and I believe it's because I'm on disability with Medicare and Medicaid and I don't think that that is fair we all should be treated equal.

Dr. Bunch is very pleasant to be around. She has always treated me with dignity and respect. The office is clean and neat. The waiting area is appropriate in size. The wait to get in is usually under fifteen minutes. Erika, her AA, is also very respectful and helpful. The RN in attendance is and caring. Bathrooms are quite clean. Leave a message and they will call you back within 24 hours, unless its a weekend or holiday. Great service. Love this team!
