The most emphatic, kind doctor. I had a terrible experience with the a previous doctor (retired, no longer practicing) who made me feel bad about myself and the way my body reacted to sensitivity and pain. Dr Carroll gave me my dignity and reassured me there was nothing wrong with me and my body. I am grateful for her kindness and ability to restore my confidence.

Dr. Carroll always seems to be in a rush - a polite rush, but still. I always felt like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions, so I got good at just saving my questions for the nurses who were generally more thorough. I also feel like she brushed off my concern about having postpartum depression at my six week postpartum check-up and chalked up my feelings to being a new mom. She’s a nice woman and competent physician, but it seems like her patient load is too heavy for her to handle.

She took 3 days to call in an antibiotic for a simple bladder. And she does not return messages. She should not be accepting new patients if she does not have the time to provide proper basic care.
