We were lucky enough to be able to follow Dr. Cohen from her previous practice as we've been with her since my oldest was born 13 years ago. She's been amazing with all 3 of my children (and of course their parents as well!). My daughter and I went for her well visit to Serenity Pediatrics to see Dr. Cohen and it was a great first visit to the practice. My daughter is so comfortable with Dr. Cohen and feels like she can ask any questions she wants and knows she'll get good answers. The nurses we met this week were amazing with her (thank you Kelsey and Risa!). They explained everything to her, treated her like a mature young lady, and gave her the time and reassurance that she needed to be comfortable during her visit. After we left that evening (and again the next morning), my 13 year old was raving about how much she enjoyed the practice and the amazing nurses and she was happy we were able to switch to Serenity and continue our relationship with Dr. Cohen. I agree with her!

My husband and I arrived with our seven week old son to get his first shots 20 minutes late the office staff turned us away and told us that we had to reschedule they also said that they had no openings that day and we would have to wait an indefinite amount of time we chose to. They were incredibly rude to us and I told her that we made a tremendous effort to get there on time first time but we got lost on our way. I understand they have a patient load but they turned away a child. Unethical.
