Dr. Jennifer Droz, MD

Dr Droz was always cold and dismissive, even up to child birth and after my son was born. I had several serious concerns that she brushed aside, resulting in my son having both his arms broken by a provider during delivery. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Even on a follow up, I expressed concern about a rash, to which she said 'oh it's probably X' without even looking. Horrible bedside manner, as if your presence is an inconvenience to her and she wants you to leave as soon as possible. So much pain could have been avoided if I had chosen a better OB.

I just saw Dr. Droz for my pap smear and IUD. She's kind and direct. I will return to her in the future. Not the most over-the-top sweet OB-GYN I've ever been to, but that's just not her style per se. Efficient and does the job.

Quick, brisk, and a bit condescending. Not the strong attention to detail, conservative, and empathetic doctor I’m looking for.

Wonderful physician. I had some anxiety about my upcoming c section based on a prior experience. She was so compassionate and really helped me prepare for the surgery. She clearly did a great job - the surgery and recovery was so easy.

Terrible bedside manner. Cold. She was always late to my OB appts. There were a few times I had to wait for almost 2 hrs. On average, my wait times were 45 mins+. And twice, my appt was forgotten so I had to sit in the exam room for 2+hrs. Absolutely terrible. I had the worst experience with her back in 2010/2011. I should've switched OBs during my pregnancy.

I met with Dr. Droz briefly before she performed my d&c. She was kind and direct, and I felt comfortable knowing she would be my surgeon. My recovery has been remarkably fast.
