Dr. Jennifer Drukteins MD, a radiologist, wanted to send me away and have me rescheduled my breast ultrasound appointment because I came in to have repeat ultrasound 2 weeks early even though I have a new order from my breast doctor and I have a family history of breast cancer. A cyst/mass was found on my previous ultrasound and I feel it is very unprofessional to care more about protocols instead of a patient’s health. Doctors need to be more sensitive to changes in a patient’s health instead of focusing on protocols of time lengths for diagnostic testing for a potential health problems or cancers.
