inpatient suboptimal care
My father was inpatient. No phone call to update his status. Was sent home with less meds than need it. Standard of care for CVA is ASA and Clopidogrel, Dr. Estes. He was sent home with Aspirin only.

Dr Estes was very thorough with testing and overall care of my husband while he was admitted to Sacred Heart. He was diagnosed with a strep B blood infection and spinal stenosis all coming on suddenly during our visit to daughter in Niceville, FL. I was impressed with her knowledge and caring even though we disagreed about his going to a rehabilitation center nearby. We were thankful to be at this hospital with this doctor!

Dissapointed
Was dismissive, impatient, not wanting to hear any other opinion but her own. And was very unprofessional.
