Dr. Ferrell is the most thorough and patient doctor I’ve ever had. She explains everything in a way that I understand, listens to everything I say, offers practical solutions to big and small concerns that I have, and is always incredibly kind and sincere.

Dr Ferrell is so thorough and patient with all my questions! I learn so much from her about my health. She has never been rushed when she does her exam and makes me feel very comfortable!

Dr Ferrell is so informative and listens, if she’s not sure about something she’ll research it and get back to you as soon as possible. I like that fact that she makes it easy to talk about anything & all things you feel you need to talk or inquire about. Can always do a tele-conference but sometimes you just have to do a face to face

I love your low key office and staff. I appreciate the lack of blaring screens and enjoyed the calming music. I received great care from the front desk gal, the nurse that checked me in and Dr Ferrell. She took time to discuss options for me to consider and answered allmy questions.

Dr. Ferrell did such an amazing job to evaluate my wife's pains and prescribe the proper medication to relieve them. My wife was excited to be pain free for the first time in a very long time. Our gratitude to her and her staff..

Dr. Ferrell has been the saving grace I needed. She is an exceptionally intelligent physician and works with grace and compassion. She has helped me through many difficult times with illnesses and I trust her wholeheartedly. I would genuinely recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced female physician. Primary Health Partners is also my all-time favorite healthcare group/group of doctors. Their locations are seriously so nice, clean and all their employees are kind and caring. Wonderful place overall. Other doctors there are absolutely great as well.

Dr. Farrell released my wife AMA while she was being treated for Covid-19 without contacting her caretaker (me) while she was clearly still in distress and not in her right state of mind. It was not until I got her home and she could not tell me what her discharge instructions were that I realized something was not right. Once I got into the hospital portal and read the notes I was shocked to see that she was released AMA. In my opinion, it was extremely poor judgment to release her AMA just because she "wanted to go home." I had the conversation with the doctor and nursing staff days earlier to let them know I was her caretaker and because I was not allowed to be on-site (Covid-19 policies at that time) I needed to be involved remotely. I sent the hospital administration a letter with my concern including detail and have yet to be contacted.
