Great Experience
Had a great experience with her, she listened and took her time to examine me. Though out of the box and my systems were not 100% neuro she had some ideas of what was going on. She didn't want to send me for unnecessary testing ..appreciate her insight and our appointment

What a Difference a Doctor can Make!
We switched to Dr. Grillo after difficulty in communicating with a different neurologist. She spent an ENTIRE hour taking medical history and symptoms, getting to know us and doing an examination. In that ONE HOUR, we learned more about the illness than we had in the first six months after diagnosis. This appointment was definitely NOT rushed, the Doctor was on-time, very compassionate and extremely thorough.

This woman is incompetent as they come.Did not want to give one star she should go back to medical school. she is not a M.S. or a Epilepsy specialist. The board of medicine needs to strip this woman of her credentials. A complete disaster of a medical professional. run the other way or have a Attorney on stand by when it comes to this person!!

Dr Grillo performed EMG testing on me at Lahey recently. Her lack of care, communication and compassion was astounding. She performed the test on me without explanation or any awareness of me as a person. When I spoke to her with my concerns she was dismissive and non responsive.

She was as nice as pie. Not sure why these reviews were negative. She was very personable talked the whole way through the visit. Explain things very well and was very gentle with the EMG testing. She took the time to print out the report for me to take with me. I give her 5 stars.

I was a patient of Dr Grillo's post breast cancer treatment. I have been dealing with wobbliness for 2 years (and now issues with my legs/gait) that is really debilitating. I have since relocated to SC but have been in MA and tried to schedule an appt with Dr Grillo. I called her office twice with NO RESPONSE either time. Dr Grillo was on vacation one time I called but I was assured she would get the message and at least call me back to discuss my issues. NOTHING. How very unprofessional and upsetting. And I concur with some of the other comments about her lack of friendliness. I have moved on from Dr Grillo.

I've been a patient of Dr. Grillo's for 15 years. I had been to several doctors for treatment of chronic migraine. She is the only doctor I had any success with. It was because of her treatment that I was able to get back to a normal life. In my opinion, she is a very good and compassionate doctor.

Very cold. Treated me as though I was a child and spoke down to me. Canceled my appointment because she did not come in to work, took weeks to reschedule and then had additional booking issues for a follow up.

Dr. Grillo doesn't listen well to patient. Very unprofessional, cold, rude and opinionated. No bedside manners. Think twice before booking an appointment. Left there feeling worst than arrived.

She was in a hurry and really didn't listen to what I was saying. Told me I needed a test at a different office, then that office called to say they wouldn't take my insurance. Dr. Grillo then sent me to someone in her office for the test. Why not send me to her office in the first place ??? Well that person who administered the test was very rude. Dr Grillo left a message to change my follow-up appointment with her. I have called twice and have not received a call back.

She's a very poor doctor. She doesn't listen to patients needs & she berated me because I missed an appointment (office never called or emailed a reminder and I had a lot going on and forgot) do when I went in for a follow up appointment she explained I missed my last appointment & she said I was inappropriate for asking questions. Never even received the care I needed. Horrible doctor-avoid her at all costs!!!
