I am surprised by these reviews. I loved Dr. Irwin. She listened well, worked with me to find the right med combo and was always really nice. She wasn't judgmental at all. I actually wrote her a letter when I moved out of state because I was going to miss her. She literally saved my life.

Dr. Irwin is unprofessional. I was seeing her for years and then I had a particularly difficult time getting her to respond to my pharmacy for a medication refill. After many attempts to contact her failed, I called her on a weekend because I was out of medication. She sent me a bill for a non-emergency after hours call and I didn’t pay it. I made many attempts to try and talk to her about it, but she was too petty and immature to respond. She actually slammed the phone down in my ear once when I tried to call her. How about communicating with your patients and giving them a little leeway if you think they’ve done something wrong? You are a specialist working with people who are mentally ill, correct?

Dr. Jennifer Irwin breached patient doctor confidentiality after just one session please avoid this practice if you are looking to get actual help.

Dr. Irwin was ineffective. She did not do any prior research into my extensive background (although all medical files had been provided). She was condescending, judgemental and asked me questions that were of no value to my mental health.
