Saw Dr K in emergency room Saturday morning...she was amazing..precise...reassuring...and efficient. She made a scary situation very tolerable.....I am so glad she was " on duty"

Saw Dr. Khawand over Christmas weekend. She correctly diagnosed me with appendicitis and spent a long time discussing my options with me. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Great experience!

I went to the emergency room on 10/28/21. A nurse interviewed me. I was then sent to get x-rays and asked to wait in the main hospital lobby. Eventually, Dr. Jennifer Khawand and a tall male nurse walked towards me and asked for my name. I told Dr. Khawand my name and she then proceeded to discuss my test results. I was confused. I asked if she was my doctor. She said yes. I then asked if she was about to discuss my personal information in the main hospital lobby. She appeared annoyed and told me she figured she would tell me the information in the lobby because there weren't any available hospital beds. She said she can go back and come back when a bed is available. So I asked her if she was sure there wasn't a place that she could discuss my personal information so that I could have some privacy. She said no. Then I pointed to the bathroom and asked if she can go to the bathroom with me to discuss my personal information.

I saw Dr. Jennifer Khawand on an emergency referral at St. Anne Hospital. She has such a warm of heart and a physician's touch only comparable to the healing touch of the Great Physician, Jesus Christ!
