Terrible communication, service, no follow through
Long history of UTI's. Was told she would put in standing orders with lab for convenience, asked multiple times, but never followed through. Left a message on mychart asking to send in orders because I was in severe pain with UTI. Never heard back. Called the office and left a message with receptionist, never heard back. It has been over 2 weeks and I had to go to another doctor to confirm the UTI so I finally have an antibiotic. Would never recommend this doctor if you suffer from pain or issues because she will not respond.

Dr.Lam recently did surgery on my Dad, he has many health issues including only has 1 kidney. Dr.Lam was kind and treated my Dad with respect. She didn’t act like she was in a hurry, listened to what my dad and my mom had to say. She was informative & explained surgery in detail. After surgery, she took her time talking to us about how the surgery went & answered our questions. She came back that evening to check on my Dad & continued to do so. Thank you Dr.Lam for taking great care of our Dad!!
