Dr. Jennifer Lane, MD

There’s no room for sympathy or compassion in this office. When I was having teeth extracted and howling in pain, Dr. Lane didn’t stop to adjust her technique. She just said “You have to be quiet !” When I had an infection in my mouth a few days later, Dr. Lane didn’t have the time to talk to me personally. She just had the receptionist call in an antibiotic. Then when I went for the follow up visit, Dr. Lane was so disinterested she didn’t take the partial denture out of my mouth to see if the gums had healed. There’s also no time for pleasantries here. Nobody seems happy. P.S. If you forget your COVID mask, they’ll charge you $3 to give you one of theirs!

The support staff was not particularly warm in their interactions with me—no eye contact. Very luxurious setting. Office hours seem to be quite limited. I emailed them through their site about an issue and never heard back.

Dr. Lane was extremely rude when I took my daughter there for a consultation. She was very short with her answers and seemed to be in a rush to get through the appointment. She was also very condescending when I asked her if she did payment plans stating “absolutely not, payment is due in full at the time of service”. She made the experience very uncomfortable to the point my daughter didn’t feel confortable moving forward with Dr. Lane performing the procedure, so we went elsewhere.

Everytime I've been here, all things went as planned and they are extremely helpful. I had Four Wisdom Teeth taken out in 30 minutes and I was on my merry way. Got to CVS 5 minutes after we left (to get my prescription that they had called in for me) and it was ready to go immediately.

My wife had 2 top wisdom teeth out here and the procedure went very well, including partial IV sedation. She had 2 follow up visits to make sure all was fine and is very happy.
