Very helpful
Dr. Lee is a very good doctor. She is a good listener and problem solver. She treats my elderly mother with patience and kindness. I accompany my mother to her appointments and we've had a very positive experience with Dr. and this clinic. My mom's hip pain was improved.

Left her patients behind without notifying them
She left all her patients including my mom behind at evergreen hospital without notifying them or handing the cases to another doctor and moved to her own clinic. My mom ran out of her medications, tried to get a refill and that's when we were told that she moved and not accepting her insurance any more. Took us several months to find and book an appointment with another doctors, all happened while she was in extreme pain. I guess Money and fame is more important than her Oath towards her patients.

She is amazing!!!!
I cannot understand the terrible reviews. I am an experienced consumer of medical help and I found her compassionate, smart, thoughtful, and, contrary to other reviews, a great listener. I do know that when someone is in pain it is difficult to be balanced in one's evaluation. I LOVE her! I had a wonderful result with my very painful knee.

Very disappointed
She did not seem to know my serious health issues and concerns. I have a vascular autoimmune disorder that has attacked my kidneys, heart, lungs, sinuses, ears and now vasculitic neuropathy in my feet. It’s so painful at night I can’t sleep hardly at all. Because of my poor kidney function I can only take weak pain meds. They don’t help much. The only thing she could recommend was an antidepressant that maybe helps with nerve pain. She never mentioned all the possible side effects like headache, nausea, vomiting, tiredness, dry mouth, nightmares, depression and more. I already have all of this and don’t need anymore. I told her I might have to take stronger over the counter pain meds even though it’s hard on my kidneys so I can sleep. She then said “we are done here” and walked out. I’ve had over 400 medical appointments in 6 years and have never been treated that bad. She needs to show more compassion with her patients.

TALKED OVER ME
This relationship has been unsatisfactory. She does not appear to listen well...not sure if she even likes people. Clinically, she made record-keeping errors which caused me to make a extra trip to Kirkland which is 5 hour round- trip and an overnight stay costing about $350. She did not decrease my chronic and debilitating neck pain after 6 visits. Did not offer a next step to pursue after she dismissed me.

Terrible doctor! DO NOT TRUST HER!! She does not listen. She does not review the new patient intake paperwork that the office makes you fill out or other chart notes that are provided. Then she will accuse you of "not being forthcoming with medications" EVEN THOUGH YOU LISTED ALL MEDICATIONS ON THE INTAKE PAPERWORK, but she failed to look at it. She states she wants clear communication and claims to want to know when things like medications are changed, but does not reciprocate communication back or listen to you when you provide information. She does not return phone calls or messages, and if she does, the messages are vague and do not answer your question(s). Her medical records are faulty and not factual. Lastly, she does not care that you are in severe pain and instead of helping she will tell you to try yoga or medication.

beware of Evergreen medical, we had Dr. Lee as a doctor and they discontinued our care as they do not take Tri-care anymore. My husband is a disabled American Veteran. I do understand the difficulties in managing care and sometime you have to choose, but these men and women severed their country, some getting shot and others wounded and when they come home and need care are met with "we have revoked taking your insurance" you will have to find another doctor, and we have called to see if we can have Dr. Lee recommend someone else and they will not give her any messages My advice stay way from Evergreen Medical group, you never know when your number is up and can't be seen.

I'm still waiting to hear back from her, but I'll give you a first impression: High heels at 8 am. You are a pain doctor, I doubt your credibility based on the scientific evidence that high heels are bad for your feet. Secondly, and more importantly, you seem oblivious to the fact that your patients are most likely suffering from life altering pain. Walking in teetering on heels is a pretty insensitive move. Doubting a physicians credibility and compassion is a bad first impression. Maybe she'll actually help me, but doubtful.

Let's just say she has no business being in pain management, she treats people like addicts and they are stupid....if a cancer patient comes in a "nerve block" is not going to work, she is disrespectful, belittling and thinks she knows it all, I hope she gets a condition that bad pain and people treat her like she does, go back to school and earn what pain management is you idiot doctor!!!!!

Do not waste your time! After many “let’s try this” and invasive attempts to help my lumbar spine, it’s now worse than when I began with this ‘doctor’. She doesn’t listen, judges, and non stop interruptions during visits. How is this type of practice happening. Never been so uncomfortable, dealt with this every month for 7 mo. Was told that ablation is the answer to all the back issues I’m dealing with. (Tumor on neck, stenosis, RA) Only to be left in worse condition than when I started with her. I’m hoping I can find another doctor soon!

Dr. Lee Is amazing. Empathetic and companionate. I went there today with severe neck pain. From overdoing it at the barn. She added me and we decided to treat me with Neurontin and a muscle relaxant Tizabdine. And I will be getting a cortisone injection next week. I honestly thought no way I need Tramadol this pain is 8/10, I trusted her suggestions instead and took her advice. I went home took my medication. Put heat on my neck and now feeling much better. All opioids do is bloke the pain center in the brain. Relaxants actually decrease the inflammation. Thank you Dr. Lee Kat

Worst!! Doctor I have ever been to!!! She only saw me two times and decided I was an addict and needed to go in to an in-house treatment center. I had been in severe pain following double knee replacement and three lumbar surgeries which all were unsuccessful in relieving severe pain. I was moderately active while on pain meds but she cut me off without any pain meds and left me in unbelievable pain now for over a year. Have been relegated to a recliner or bed due to severe pain. She lied in her notes about me that are now Online and available for other Dr.s to see and I am now misrepresented by what she put in my records. They should subject Dr.s like J. Lee to the pain that she has subjected me to and see if she could live with it as I have had to do. It's no wonder that severe pain patients across the United States are committing suicide at an all time high because of Dr.s like Jennifer M. Lee! She should loose her license for what she has done to those that are in severe pain.

I went to Dr. Lee after cancer surgery to be treated for post surgical pain which was extremely high. Her Rx was a nerve block. I waited for 5 weeks for my imaging to be sent to her office and finally called and found out they had yet received it and had not followed up. At this point I was out of pain meds and asked her office to give me small Rx for pain meds until the nerve block was done. I was told I had to come in for an in clinic visit. I told them I had already had gone for an in clinic visit, that it was not my fault they didn't have the imagining yet and that I was NOT going in just to get a Rx when they had a full history of my pain meds use. Doctors want....NO, expect us to trust them. Then why can't they trust us especially since she could easily get my history of pain meds use which was nominal. I am NOT going to be treated like a drug addict. I told her office that if I have to trust her, she has to trust me and if she can't then she is no longer my pain doctor.

Dr. Lee ignored my concerns about severe medication sensitivity when managing my pain with her medication cocktail. Six months of dizziness, imbalance and even some confusion and an anxiety attack in her office, she repeated my very words back to me: “You are extremely sensitive to medication” as if it were a learned conclusion. Each appointment her nature changed and not with compassion and care for me but seemingly covering all her bases.

Dr. Jennifer Lee has a fixed schedule of medications which she uses on everyone so if if works for you then you are lucky but if they do not work then you will be miserable and it will not be easy to get started with someone else. In addition, she even gets the prescriptions she talks about mixed up and often you end up with no medication at all. Then there are endless calls to people who have no update on your chart from any recent visit.
