Was told she refused to let wife accompany husband. This has NEVER happened with any other doctor before. Was told she did not have time to answer questions from two people. Suggested I put questions in MyHealth for answers even though it was afternoon of Memorial Day Weekend and wanted to know how to help him over the weekend.

Recommend Dr. Millen Knowledgeable in physiatry
Dr. Millen was patient and professional. She was thorough when explaining my issue and when discussing my options to me. Knowledgeable. There's validated parking.

Didn’t do anything to help
Herniated disk with severe sciatic pain. Nurse suggested I go on high BP medication because surprise surprise my BP was high because my body under severe stress while waiting 3 weeks for my appointment. This Dr wanted me to wait another 5 weeks for a cortisone shot. It was complete neglect. This was HV they sent me 45 minutes into Boston to see her even though there was a better spine center in the same office park. When I found out about this I was able to go there and get treated. This Dr and HV/Atrius we’re terrible.
