I hit that “magic age” where I was scheduled for a colonoscopy. Dr. Moss and her team were very comforting and informative each step of the way making the whole experience that much better.

I have never felt so cared for as this group from Dr Moss, the nurses and the anesthesiologists! All the 6 in the group were top notch. No one was rushed and took great care to ensure all my questions and concerns were completely addressed prior to my procedure.

In short, Dr. Moss is a brilliant physician. She is busy, as all excellent physicians are, but her brain is wired to listen, take notes, pull out the key symptoms and trends then work out a diagnostic and treatment plan. I had been to a few GI consultants by the time I arrived at her office with little faith in getting proper help but she quickly demonstrated her brilliance. She recognized the symptoms of POTS, got me the right testing and care. I left the country for a few years and returned to her practice in 2020 to find her even more brilliant than before. She is attentive, shows compassion and has a sense of humor. My only complaint is that she isn't my Doctor for everything as I think she has the makings of an excellent Holistic care Physician. If you are fortunate to have Dr. Moss as your specialist, arrive with clear, concise notes about your condition - then trust in her. She is a master of her craft.

Timing of the visit was accommodating due to short notice but I realized it was just to get money for the appt and the subsequent procedure. No follow up from Dr, even on concerns levied during the appt. Would not recommend anyone in this medical group.

I have used Dr. Jennifer Moss two times for colonoscopies, five years ago at Rose Medical and last month at Thornton, and I can't praise her enough. After the first time as I was coming out of the anesthesia she noticed my heart was beating irregularly and she strongly recommended that I see a cardiologist for follow up tests. I ended up having two stents placed in my heart which saved me from a heart attack. Solely because of her kind but strong recommendation I was proactive rather than reactive and I am fine. I had a five year follow up colonoscopy last month and she was again her kind, compassionate, professional self and I find it hard to adequately express my gratitude to her. I wish all doctors were as nice as she. I highly recommend her to anyone needing her services.
