Fantastic MD
I do not leave a ton of reviews for providers or businesses but my visit today was great. This was my initial visit w her medical group (new insurance) and Dr Neff was covering for another MD. Everything was great from the start - the parking is easy, the office is new and well appointed.I waited just a couple of mins in the waiting room after checking-in before being called back. Her Med Assistant Krystie (sp?) was nice, helpful and informative. I was in the room for just a min before Dr Neff came in. I connected with her warm presence immediately and felt comfortable discussing all health issues. We dug into my diagnoses and instead of just writing an Rx, she discussed each further and suggested natural treatment alternatives including supplements and acupuncture where appropriate. She answered all my questions and I never once felt rushed.Thank you Dr. Neff

Absolutely outstanding Doctor!
I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr Neff. I meet her on an urgent care visit when I had experienced falling and scraped my arm. But the answer to the problem was not in the simple remedy of bandaging the wound and out the door. She ordered other tests that found the reason for the fall was a lack of potassium and unearthed other potential problems. My only negative comment is that I am not able to have her as an primary care provider. Amazing doctor/patient report.

I have been seeing Dr. Neff for about 4 years now. She is attentive, honest, sensitive, kind, innovative, smart, and caring. She really takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns. You never feel rushed. She explains things so that you can understand the medical terminology. She never talks down to me. She is very direct and honest in her care, and lets you participate and make choices in your medical care and decisions. She has a great nurse too, Irma.

There seems to be a lack of communication between Dr. Neff and her staff. Dr Neff is not available to talk on the phone. This made it very difficult for me to get information about my medical condition having to do with a thyroid problem. The staff was scheduling me to make an appt. before I received the necessary tests to be discussed. Since it is impossible to have a dialog w/ the Dr., I felt my situation was not of any concern and I wasted a lot of my time.
