Top of my list
Dr Neville has been my Primary Care provider for quite a while. She is thorough and accurate in her diagnosis and treatment. She is especially aware of my paticular needs as a liver transplant recipient. I am as content as I can be under her care. She compliments the treatment I get from speciallists through her communication with their facilities.

Wonderful Doctor
At age 76, I've seen many Primary Care doctors in my life. Only two stand well above all others. Both were Internal Medicine professionals. Dr Jennifer Neville is one of those two. She LISTENS. I'm not just a number. I always receive her utmost attention and respect. She is brilliant, asks pertinant questions, takes copious notes. She always provides me with excellent information and direction. Most importantly, she has guided me with professional, accurate, helpful and proper diagnoses. I'm so thankful to call her My Doctor.

Office Visit
I arrived 6 minutes late for my appointment and I did apologize for my tardiness. The person at the counter took ten minutes to check me in and then I was told “Dr Neville could not see me because I was late”. I could not believe it so I sat in the lobby and called the office from my cellphone in the lobby. The person on the phone told me that “we have a policy and if you are late for an appointment Dr Neville is too busy and cannot see you”. I was never told such a policy existed in my prior appointments. Meanwhile in June of 2021 I was two hours prior to my appointment and I had taken off work and her office called me and said Dr Neville is cancelling all appointments. At the time I thought “okay things happen no big deal people are human” I find it fascinating the consideration and respect is not a two way street when I was 6 minutes late. I must remember I am a customer and I can choose who receives my business.

Dr Neville is my mom's Dr. My mom has covid and the office has been rude and non supportive. The Dr doesn't consult with my mom. the rude office staff keeps butting in mom tries to talk. This experience is frustrating. My mom has been to the ER as a result of lack of responsiveness from her Dr. She will be looking for a new Dr starting immediately. I'm appalled at this situation.

Dr. Neville is my mother's doctor. She is an amazing doctor. She is very caring, listens to you and takes time explaining everything in detail. We have never felt rushed at any visit. I highly recommend her.
