Dr. Jennifer Ng, MD

I am not one to write reviews, but I recently had an infuriating experience with Dr. Ng that I feel compelled to share to warn others of her questionable practices. Without any notice, Dr. Ng’s office deceptively billed my wellness appointment as an office visit, incurring extra charges. As someone who works via billable hours, I understand paying appropriately for services. However, Dr. Ng’s behavior was nothing short of ridiculous nickel-and-diming. The first question in any wellness check is, “Do you have any concerns?” I answered, yes, I had been having some stomach pain. My answer cost an additional $125.When I contacted her office about what was clearly a mistake, they refused to correct it. I was also told that in future, I should say 'no' to the concerns question to avoid extra charges. What an absurd response from an industry meant to help people’s well-being. There are plenty of honest, reputable doctors out there. I strongly encourage you to find one of them instead.

Went to see Dr. Ng for an Annual visit on 7/2023. I have to say, Dr. Ng has no bedside manners. Dr. Ng does not care about your concerns, she only sees you as a money making machine. She charged my insurance and me for an Annual visit and an Office visit at the same time, within the same day, even though I did not discuss any health concerns with her at all. It was simply a short visit, where a nurse ran a blood test. Then I got hit with a bill with 2 charges, annual and office visit! I called the Patient Relations office, and they were absolutely not helpful to address my concerns as a patient. I will never go to Dr. Ng again and will let all my friends and family know about this experience.
