Very unprofessional callous and flippant during the appointment. She works for Kaiser and is a DO and had no business taking my appointment for my infection and not her specialty. She made up stories in the appointment notes as I challenged her on what she was saying to me. We elevating the case but I’m sure will get anywhere is it’s a big managed healthcare system she is exactly what is wrong with our healthcare system today.
