Dr. Rammel has a wonderful bedside manner. She was very thorough, patient and gentle with my daughter. She took her time and answered all of our questions and heard our concerns.

Follow is terrible, but Dr. Rammel is currently the only pediatric rheumatologist in Jacksonville, so perhaps she is doing her best.
