Dr. Jennifer Ross, MD

Dr. Ross (and her NP Dawn Hunt) have been my primary for years and also take care of my mother. They stay informed and up to date with new medical information and are good listeners. They take the time they need with each patient and I have never felt rushed or a burden when I needed more time than usual. The nurses and office staff are kind and responsive.

Very good.She was very thorough,and didn’t rush.A very caring, professional physician.

I like Dr. Ross but I think she is taking on way to many new patients. I have tried to get my meds refilled and I can never get a hold of any of the nurses and I never get a call back. They keep forgetting or not looking at my dosage and keep calling in the wrong dosage. So I keep running out.

Dr. Ross is a very professional Doctor that explains things very well. She truly cares about her patients and she makes sure you feel her care and concern. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps abreast of all new procedures. Dr. Ross is a real winner!

Great doctor been with her for over ten years. As a black man she understands my family health issues and has helped me navigate around them. My health is better than most male in my family.

My doctor retired and recommended Dr. Ross. I scheduled an appointment and met with nurse practitioner Dawn who was very kind and professional. I was there to get a referral for my left hand and wrist. I’m left-handed and have limited use right now. I also had to get a urinalysis that day, and was told that my blood pressure was so high I might need to go to the ER. Three weeks later, after leaving a voicemail at two weeks, I’ve not heard from anyone. I will never know the results of that urinalysis, and I have not heard anything about a referral. So now I have to start all over again, with another doctor. Perhaps I am not the client they are looking. I can respect everyone’s faith, but found it disturbing that a medical professional would include a Christian cross in her practice logo. Virtue signaling to those who share her faith, alienating those who do not. I could not be more disappointed and have wasted several weeks of my time. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

Wonderful caring Dr

I saw Dr Ross twice in two weeks, once for my yearly physical and went in with my husband for his. I found her to be intelligent, professional and willing to listen to your concerns. She was through in asking about all preventive appts and problems for your age group. She takes the time she needs for the appt, not just the 15 min. You get more time for a physical than a appt for a specific problem, so be sure to make the correct appt.
