For my recent annual checkup, Dr. Ruh once again gave me and my health concerns excellent attention.She explained lab results in plain English, noted changes in my health markers, and offered practical suggestions about medications and exercise.

Jennifer Ruh has been my doctor for over 20 years. She has always listened carefully to what I am saying, asked pertinent questions, and then explained her treatment plan, if one is needed. I am alive today because she ordered bloodwork to be done, and wasted no time in sending me to a specialist for treatment. Because of the confidence that I have in her wisdom, I started bringing my mother to her. She and her staff were wonderful, kind, and patient with my mom, and cared for her to the end of her life. I give Dr. Ruh and her staff my highest recommendation.

II am your patient from SS Peter and Paul Church. You cared for me on Christmas Eve after I fainted at Christmas Eve mass. I just wanted to thank you and update you on my visit to Mercy Hospital that night. After 7 hours of testing they did not find anything wrong except dehydration. Very personable and easy to talk with about your heath, concerns, etc. Very through and challenges you in a good way to practice better health care. Proactive to address any possible heath concerns. Dr. Ruh is very professional as well as her staff. Never have to wait to be seen for appointments takes the time to answer any questions.

Being a patient in the MDVIP program has been an excellent opportunity for me to spend the necessary time to review the very comprehensive items in order to stay on top of all my health. Dr Ruh is also my FAA flight examiner and has done an excellent job with that as well. Both ladies in the office are easy to communicate with and schedule appointments. I would recommend Dr. Ruh as a primary physician and a FAA examiner.

Efficient office, I never have to wait. The staff is very friendly, always looking to see if there is anything in my records or my husband"s that we need to follow-up on. Dr. Jennifer is thorough and patient but very frank, no sugarcoating which I appreciate!

Independent Health had Jennifer Ruh as my default physician so I stuck with it. I called her office and asked if she was accepting new patients and if yes, could I make an appointment. The woman on the phone started arguing with me that an insurance company can't tell you who to see. I explained that if you don't pick a provider with a new insurance company, that yes, they do give you one by default that you can change later (and why are we arguing over the semantics of this?). Then I asked if they were accepting new patients, she said yes, but a certain kind. They apparently only offer concierge medicine, even though Independent Health had them listed as being a service provider for my particular health plan. It was futile. The woman was argumentative and combative and this isn't an offie nor staff that I would entrust my health care with. Hard pass.

Available quickly. Listens to me and discusses treatment options. Treat me as partner in my healthcare. Always empathetic
